2. Description of the Platform

Springloop is a software platform that enables users to:

• Host and participate in video calls
• Schedule and manage sessions and recurring series
• Record video sessions
• Sell access to sessions through integrated payment systems
• Generate AI-powered content such as summaries, notes, and insights

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities conducted under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments on the Platform are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe.

• Users may charge for access to sessions or services
• Fees, pricing structures, and refund policies may be defined by each host
• We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid invoices

6. Host Responsibilities

Hosts must comply with applicable laws and obtain necessary consents when recording sessions or handling participant data.

• Clearly communicate cancellation and refund policies
• Ensure accurate scheduling information
• Protect participant data and privacy

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to respect session guidelines set by hosts and refrain from disruptive behavior.

• Do not share access links without permission
• Follow session etiquette and timing
• Use recordings and resources only for permitted purposes

8. Intellectual Property

Springloop retains all rights to the Platform, including software, branding, and documentation. Users maintain ownership of their own content but grant Springloop a limited license to operate the Platform.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful activities
• Attempt to access or tamper with restricted areas of the Platform
• Upload malicious code or interfere with Platform operations

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Springloop harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
